Steel-plastic fan blade fans are widely used in various locations, including internet cafes, factories, entertainment venues, shopping malls, supermarkets, offices, hotels, hospitals, stations, gymnasiums, dance halls, auditoriums, conference rooms, schools, and factory workshops.
Negative Pressure Ventilation and Cooling Principle
The negative pressure cooling system operates through its core component: the evaporative cooling pad (wet curtain). A thin film of water coats the corrugated fiber paper surface. When dry, hot outdoor air is drawn through the wet curtain by the fan, the water in the film absorbs heat from the air and evaporates. This evaporation process removes a significant amount of latent heat, lowering the air temperature as it passes through the pad. The resulting cool, humid air enters the interior space, mixes with the warmer indoor air, and is then exhausted outside by the fan.
The evaporative cooling pad can be installed externally or embedded within the structure. Depending on the factory's specific conditions, horizontal, longitudinal, or central ventilation arrangements can be implemented. The evaporative cooling system has a low failure rate, and system maintenance is straightforward.
Performance Characteristics of Negative Pressure Ventilation and Cooling
Low Investment and Operating Costs: Significant energy savings are achieved. For the same workshop area, using evaporative cooling ventilation requires a much lower investment than central air conditioning or other air conditioning equipment. Electricity consumption is only about one-tenth of that of central air conditioning.
Healthy, Environmentally Friendly, and Scientific Cooling: The evaporative cooling ventilation system cleverly combines scientific principles with natural physics. It does not require the use of any refrigerants (such as Freon or other CFCs) to achieve a cooling effect, maintaining a comfortable working environment temperature (26-30°C).
Air Purification and Disease Prevention: In addition to purifying the air and reducing temperature, the evaporative cooling system effectively blocks dust and particles carried by incoming air. It continuously circulates, flows, and purifies the air, effectively preventing the incidence of occupational diseases and the spread of epidemics.
