Exhaust Ventilation Combined With Wet Curtains Galvanized Negative Pressure Fan
The material classification can be divided into iron box (ordinary fan), fiberglass reinforced plastic fan, plastic, aluminum, stainless steel fan, etc. Fans can be classified according to the direction of airflow, including main structure flow, oblique flow, mixed flow, centrifugal and axial negative pressure fans with cross flow patterns. According to the flow direction of the airflow entering the impeller, it can be divided into axial flow fans, centrifugal fans, and diagonal and mixed flow fans. Fans can be divided into pressure based on the local usage of fans (hereinafter referred to as fan pressure) and external and internal explosion-proof motors in the port channel. The main structure of the explosion-proof motor explosion-proof negative pressure fan is extracted from the sealed room of the local fan (hereinafter referred to as the extraction fan). Fans can be divided into axial flow fans, mixed flow fans, roof fans, air conditioning fans, etc. Fans can be divided into low-pressure and medium pressure fans and high-pressure fans according to pressure.
Technical features of the 138012201060900 model negative pressure fan: It adopts CAD/CAM optimized design and manufacturing, and has the characteristics of high full pressure, large air volume, low noise, low energy consumption, stable operation, and long service life; The automatic opening of blinds can achieve dust-proof, waterproof, and beautiful appearance; It can blow or draw air, making it the best choice for cooling and ventilation in greenhouses and factories. For some special installation occasions, double mesh or double mesh+louver type fans can be customized.
Application
Exhaust Ventilation: Negative pressure fans are installed outside workshop windows, typically positioned to draw air out, effectively removing unpleasant odors. They are commonly used in factories.
Combined with Wet Curtains: These fans can be used in conjunction with wet curtains for cooling in workshops during hot summer months. Regardless of how hot the workshop gets, the wet curtain-negative pressure fan system can lower the temperature to around 30°C while maintaining a certain level of humidity.
High-Temperature or Odorous Workshops: Suitable for heat treatment plants, foundries, plastic factories, aluminum profile factories, shoe manufacturing plants, leather factories, electroplating plants, and various chemical factories.
Labor-Intensive Enterprises: Ideal for clothing factories, assembly workshops, and internet cafes.
Horticultural Greenhouses: Used for ventilation and cooling in greenhouses and livestock farms.
Textile Factories: Especially suitable for environments requiring cooling and a certain level of humidity, such as cotton mills, woolen mills, mills, weaving factories, chemical fiber factories, warp knitting factories, false twisting factories, knitting factories, silk factories, and sock factories.
Warehouse and Logistics: Applicable in storage and logistics sectors.
Installation Guidelines
Optimal Location: It’s best to install negative pressure fans in the middle of the building to minimize air duct resistance and shorten the length of installation pipes. If possible, position the fan in the prevailing wind direction of the cooling environment.
Sealing and Waterproofing: Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing between indoor and outdoor ducts during installation to prevent rainwater leakage.
Structural Support: The installation location must have a sturdy structure capable of supporting the weight of the negative pressure fan and the ducts, as well as maintenance personnel.
Installation Environment: Negative pressure fans can be mounted on outdoor floors, walls, or roofs. However, the installation site must ensure fresh, unobstructed air. They should not be placed near sources of foul odors or exhaust gases, such as restrooms or kitchens. If there are insufficient doors or windows, a dedicated exhaust fan must be installed, with an airflow capacity of at least 80%–90% of the total airflow of the negative pressure fan.
